My adorable husband recently attended an all day Aussie BBQ School to add to his grillin' skills. He learned how to make pizzas on the barbie (as our friend Pete has done for us before!) and being the sweet man that he is, he decided to make one for dinner for us! He even made the dough from scratch! With much TLC & precision put into it, his first attempt at pizza on the barbie was simply magnifique!! :)
The dough thing was NOT easy...but well worth the effort!
Just look at his creation! He's very proud! :)
The engineer in him couldn't help but make an appearance! Everything was PERFECT.
And yum, yum, YUM! It was SOOO good! We can't wait to share his new creation with all of you at home! :)

We will expect the Grill Master T Cookbook to come out soon, as well as some random cooking show where Tyson presents his creations to us much like the "fruitcake" lady on the tonight show with Jay Leno. On the other hand, Tyson will become the cook at all social events when he is back in Texas...
