Frank & Garla DOWN UNDER part III

It's hard to believe that they've already come and gone.  Tyson and I have learned the value of family time since living in Perth, and unfortunately, it's the kind of time that goes by entirely too fast.  12 days went by in the blink of an eye - and we cherished every second of it.  Here are the final pictures from Frank & Garla's adventure down under!

About to catch the ferry over to Penguin Island - it was crazy windy!

We took a glass bottom boat over to see the Sea Lions

The littlest penguins in the world!

So cute, huh!?!

T-man used his bbqing skills and grilled steaks for dinner!

That's what I call one concentrating cook!

We couldn't pass up a day in the Swan Valley to sample some yummy wines!

At Oakover Wines

Garla and I figured it wouldn't be fair to leave Frank out - so we visited a brewery to quench his thirst!

Their "tasting" of beer was A LOT!

Cheers, mate!

We came across a car show on our way to the valley!  Frank was in heaven.

Playing in the vines!

The best night ever - we went on a river dinner cruise around Perth!

My favorite memory!

The City of Lights did NOT disappoint!

It was such a fun way to have dinner!

A table reserved just for us!

A delicious dinner, cruising on the river by a beautiful city....

It's hard to get better than this!

Frank & Garla spoiled us rotten and even gave us the VIP treatment at the movies by taking us to the Gold Class theatre!  It's like watching movies in "first class" and I'm going to find it very hard to go back to the plain old "economy" theaters after this experience!

This is the "lounge" where you wait for them to escort you to your seat in the theater!

Stylish Frank & Garla - thank you for such a special treat!

Does that not look like the BEST way to watch a movie or what?!  Let me just tell you, it was my favorite trip to the movie theatre. EVER.

We cooked brekky in the park before we went to Caversham Wildlife Park

My hubby has mastered the art of brekky.

I just love that wombat!

The roos were HUNGRY today!

Can I please take one home, Tyson!?

Frank & Garla are definitely Aussie now!

They wanted the food so bad that they just couldn't wait for Frank to take it out of his hands!!

Our final dinner together - and once again, it was fantastic!

Minus a slight confusion on just how exactly Frank was supposed to eat his dessert! :)
